2026 Chicken Processing
Rates & Details
We process chickens on Friday morning May-October - RESERVATIONS REQUIRED. It is best to get on the schedule as soon as you know your approx. dates to ensure we can fit you in. We offer the option for whole or parted out birds (or some of each!)
Birds to be processed need to be dropped of Thursday night between 5-7pm. Pick up is Friday after 5pm or when notified.
Whole Cornish Meat Birds
$5/each
Whole Ranger Meat Birds
$5.50/each
Whole Layer Breeds
$6/each
Whole birds under 8 lbs will be shrink wrapped and labeled.
Parted Birds - $8/each
Parted out birds will come as boneless skinless breast, thighs, drums, wings, and carcasses unless otherwise specified. All parts are vacuum sealed and labeled.
Birds must be a minimum 4# to part.
