Come to the homestead for a hands on workshop on how to pressure can proteins!
In this class we’ll cover:
— Pressure canning basics and safety
— Different styles of pressure canners to choose from
— All the equipment needed/recommended
— What food items MUST be pressure canned for shelf stability
— Hands on processing of beans and meat
— How to use canned meat and beans for meals
— Storage tips & timelines
— And more!
You will go home with 2 jars of canned items, printed materials, and the confidence to process your own shelf stable proteins!!
