— Water bath vs. Steam Canning vs. Pressure canning
— All the equipment needed/recommended
— What food items MUST be pressure canned for shelf stability and what can be WB/Steamed
— Hands on processing
— How to use canned foods for meals
— Storage tips & timelines

You will go home with 1 jar of your own canned item, printed materials, and the confidence to process your own!!
