In this class we’ll cover:
— How to make your own butter (3 different ways)
— Making basic cheeses (Farmer’s Cheese, Mozzarella, and Ricotta)
— Homemade Yogurt
— Using Whey
— And more!
You will go home with a sample of each of your creations to impress your family with!!
